Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Standard processing time is 10 to 12 business days, followed by 2 to 3 business days for shipping and delivery.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping at a $30 charge. Processing takes 6 to 7 business days, and shipping takes an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, feel free to contact our customer support via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or unexpected situations like weather disruptions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted partners such as DHL Express, FedEx Express, and UPS. A tracking email will be sent once your package is dispatched. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can ask a neighbor to receive the parcel or leave a note with instructions for the courier.
Shipping Address Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you need to change your shipping details after placing an order, you can contact DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly.

Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund or replacement. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 7 business days of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. You may also be eligible for our 30-day return policy for a refund or exchange.
