Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong size.
- The item differs in design from what was shown on our website.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Our 24/7 customer support team will guide you through the process. Requests made after seven days will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Tags have been removed, or any alterations have been made.

Multiple sizes of the same product were ordered.

The return request is due to a change of mind or an accidental purchase.

Return Process
To start a return, email us at info@americanleatherjackets.com with clear photos of the product and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is verified and approved:

You will need to return the item at your own cost. While we offer free shipping on purchases, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Please provide us with the tracking number once the item is shipped.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Return Authorization Number (RMA)
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which we will provide once your return is approved. The package must include this number before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Custom Duties & Taxes
To help you avoid high customs fees, we declare our products as gifts. However, minimal charges may still apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee
All returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers the costs of repackaging and handling. This fee varies based on the product’s size, type, and weight.
