  • You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but within 48 hours, a 20% deduction will be applied to your refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will have a 35% deduction from the total amount. Please note that cancellations are not possible after five days of order confirmation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may take advantage of our 30-day return policy by returning the item for a refund.
