Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted partners such as DHL Express, FedEx Express, and UPS. A tracking email will be sent once your package is dispatched. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can ask a neighbor to receive the parcel or leave a note with instructions for the courier.
Shipping Address Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you need to change your shipping details after placing an order, you can contact DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly.

We currently do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are immediately processed to maintain a fast production and delivery timeline.
