At American Leather Jackets, we want every customer to shop with confidence. 30-day returns and exchanges for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. No restocking fee.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds
We can only accept returns if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are included.
We cannot accept returns if:

The item has been worn, used, washed, or altered.

Tags are removed.

Multiple sizes of the same item were purchased for try-on purposes.

The return is due to a change of mind or accidental purchase.

The 30-day return period has passed.
Both defective and non-defective items can be returned as long as they meet the above conditions.
Return Process
To start a return:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

After shipping the item back, please send us the tracking number.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected.

Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color:

Return Authorization Number (RMA)
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which we will provide once your return is approved. The package must include this number before shipping it back to our warehouse. Custom Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Customers are only responsible for the cost of return shipping.
