The below is our refund policy. We request our buyers that they should read understand and authorise the policy before they complete the purchase.

You need to contact customer support as soon as you receive the parcel or within 24hrs after you receive the order and you find any of the above clauses. Delayed response will not be considered.
- Cancellation of orders accepted only within 24hrs.
- There are no hidden costs.
- Please make sure that you provide us correct sizes.
- The colors of the items may vary due to the monitor screen resolutions therefore there won’t be refund allowed in this case, however there shall not be a huge difference.
- We deal into knockoffs or the replicas of the products hence we request our buyers that they shall not equate our products to other stores or designers.
